Oldham… you’ve never seen a sandwich shop like this.
This is the first party of its kind. Think Boiler Room meets Michelin-trained chef sandwiches. We’re joining forces with Ruger Fjord and turning it into a proper Naughty Parrot house party, right in the heart of Oldham.
‘This feels like Pikes in Ibiza in here’ was overheard multiple times at our London event… and now we’re bringing that energy north, with a sandwich in hand.

THE SARNIES!
THE PESTO, aka “This Parrot Was Too Naughty”
Light, puffed focaccia drizzled with Ruger Fjord’s signature tomato vine and basil oil. It’s filled with 24-hour brined chicken thigh, fried crisp and layered with pistachio & cashew nut pesto, basil emulsion, confit San Marzano tomatoes, melted mozzarella, confit garlic stracciatella, lemon zest and a balsamic red wine reduction.
Bright, herby, crunchy, ridiculous.
THE MISO (V), aka “This Doesn’t Contain Any Parrot”
A savoury, umami-heavy build on light, puffed focaccia. Miso-celeriac coconut purée, sundried tomatoes, confit shallots, mozzarella, stracciatella, pickled red onion pickled carrot with parsnip glass and Roquitto peppers, dressed in signature tomato vine and basil oil combine into a deep, rich, layered flavour.
Vegetables can have more flavour than meat if treated properly. The miso is the flavour bomb.

What to expect
Naughty Parrot is known for its house party energy: music you can actually dance to, a room that feels connected, and none of that faceless club feeling.
Ruger Fjord is known for its viral Pocaccia sandwiches, a unique take on focaccia that’s bursting with flavour. Everything is handmade by phenomenal Michelin-trained chefs, right down to the sauces.
Supporting emerging artists
The Naughty Parrot community has now had over 1,200 DJ applications from around the world. Naughty Sarnie Sounds keeps that going, with a DJ showcase spotlighting local talent from Oldham and Greater Manchester.
Good to know
- TWO SESSIONS: 1pm–5pm and 7pm–11pm. Book the one (or two!) you want.
- Arrival windows: please arrive by 1.15pm (afternoon) or 7.15pm (evening). This is so everyone gets their sarnie and the party kicks off together.
- Each ticket includes one made-to-order sandwich, chosen when you book.
- Allergies or dietary requirements? Tell us when you book and let our team know on arrival. Full allergen info is available on request.
- There will be filming and photography at the event. If you’d prefer not to be on camera, please let a member of staff know.
- Very limited capacity, so early booking is strongly recommended.
- Come exactly as you are. Just bring good energy (and an appetite).
